I will be joining valentina to offer bodywork workshops and individual sessions as a part of her Adhara Retreat.

Set in the serene landscapes of Tuscany’s hills, the immersion offers a week of profound healing and transformation designed to bring oneself home.

Through a carefully curated blend of workshops and daily practices such as breathwork, meditation, bodywork, nature walks and nourishing food, participants are welcomed come back home to their bodies, allowing the wisdom that needs to surface to move through them.

This retreat is an opportunity to shed limiting beliefs about oneself, witness old habits while gaining strength to let them go

Day 1: Welcome to Adhara’s Portal, a place for growth, renewal and transformation

Marking the beginning of your transformative journey. As you step into Adhara’s Portal, you are invited to be open, suspend most of your distractions, and immerse yourself in a space of healing and connection. This day is about grounding yourself in the here & now.

Valentina is the founder of Adhara

She started offering Healing Retreats in 2018 as a major way to share her knowledge and wisdom while following and caring step by step the transformational cycle of each student.

With over a decade of dedicated experiences and studies in Healing Arts, Meditation and Embodied Movements, her teachings move from Kundalini Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness and Somatic Practices that intertwine in her classes creating a transformative journey for the participants.
